A.I Emphasis

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) registration is open for the program AWS Women in Cloud (WiC) 2026, initiative free and remote focused on the formation of women interested in technology, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

The program seeks to inspire, train and bring together participants in the technology job market, with development tracks that combine technical training, mentoring and networking with employers.

The initiative will be divided into three steps. The first takes place on the day May 13 and will focus on important skills for the future of work, with panels, debates and practical content on the use of artificial intelligence in professional development.

In the second phase, participants will have access to a technical training in cloud computing and generative artificial intelligencewith training courses and AWS certifications. In the final stage, the program foresees the development of practical projects to consolidate the knowledge acquired and strengthen professional portfolios, expanding the possibilities of insertion in the market.

In addition to the technical track, Women in Cloud includes specialized mentoring, direct connections with hiring companies and in-person events. The program also addresses behavioral skills, such as communication, problem solving, leadership, self-esteem and resilience.

The initiative is aimed at university students in technology and related areas, professionals in career transition, women interested in developing skills in AI and cloud, entrepreneurs and professionals looking to accelerate their trajectory in the area.
