ChatGPT, OpenAI’s artificial intelligence platform, went offline in the early afternoon of this Wednesday (17). When trying to access the website, the user receives the message that the address does not exist. In the app, there is an error message when trying to send a request.
The company’s official status page says its platforms are experiencing instability. OpenAI says it is investigating the issue.
On Downdetector, a website that monitors the functioning of internet pages and applications, 1,165 user complaints were registered at 1:57 pm.
On social media, internet users complain about the failure occurring right during business hours, when they are using the tool.
