The Latin American Games Showcase officially confirmed its participation in Summer Game Fest 2026 with a new broadcast dedicated exclusively to games developed and published in Latin America.
The presentation will take place on June 4, 2026, at 6 pm Brasília time, and promises to be the biggest edition ever carried out by the project. According to organizers, the showcase will feature approximately 80 games, including never-before-seen announcements, exclusive trailers, gameplay reveals and release dates.
Event highlights growth of Latin American industry
Created to increase the visibility of independent studios and publishers in the region, the Latin American Games Showcase has established itself in recent years as one of the main showcases for the Latin American industry during major international gaming events.
The 2026 edition will have a special focus on independent productions from South America, Central America and the Caribbean, reinforcing the region’s creative diversity in different genres and visual styles.
Among the games already confirmed are:
- Sigils of Nightfall
- Colorbound
- Shade Protocol
- Kernel Hearts
- Tenebris Somnia
Organizers say new participating titles will be revealed in the coming weeks as the event approaches.
Showcase will have new trailers and world premieres
In addition to new trailers, the broadcast will also feature world premieres and new gameplay presentations from projects that have not yet been officially announced.
According to LAGS, the proposal is to create a dedicated space for Latin American studios to present their games to a global audience during the Summer Game Fest period, one of the biggest events on the industry’s annual calendar.
In recent years, the showcase has helped boost the international visibility of several independent games produced in the region, bringing Latin American studios closer to publishers, content creators and players from around the world.
Well-known companies support the 2026 edition
This year’s broadcast will feature support from well-known industry companies and publishers, including Raw Fury, New Blood Interactive, Annapurna Interactive, ID@Xbox and Halberd Studios.
The support of these companies reinforces the international market’s growing interest in the Latin American game development scene, which has been gaining prominence at global events and digital platforms.
