QwertyKeys announced this week the QK100 Mk2 its new mechanical keyboard with 1800 layout – basically a full-size one that readjusts the positions of some keys to take up less space. The peripheral’s look is inspired by old-school keyboards, while incorporating current features, such as a small LCD screen.
The QK100 Mk2 is built from aluminum and features ARGB backlighting, but the keycaps are opaque to bring back the retro style of keyboards from the past. Underneath them we have Neo Oat switches, with linear translation with 3.6mm of movement and initial actuation force of 36gf.
The QwertyKeys keyboard connects wirelessly and has triple mode between Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cable. You can quickly switch between connection types with dedicated buttons, and next to the Esc key there is a switch for RGB colors. The small screen next to the numpad can be used to show the peripheral’s battery level.

Speaking of the battery, the keyboard promises up to 800 hours of autonomy with the lights and screen off. With just the display the number drops to 100 hours and with everything turned on it goes to 40 hours unplugged.
QwertyKeys will sell the QK100 Mk2 directly on its official website
The QK100 Mk2 will be available in four color options. The keyboard comes in black, currently more common, and in a gray gradient that predominated in previous models. Those looking for something more different will also find the peripheral in blue and pink.
