Nintendo officially announced that it will hold a Direct tomorrow, June 9th, lasting almost an hour. The event has just been confirmed by the company on its social networks, raising hopes that we will finally see the remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
The broadcast will be done via Nintendo’s official YouTube channel and the live is now on air then you can set reminders for anyone interested in watching. The producer states that the event will last approximately 50 minutes and, as is customary for the June Direct, it will be followed by a Treehouse Live, lasting 95 minutes.
Even without E3, June remains the big month of news for games. With State of Play and the Xbox Games Showcase already over, attention now turns to Nintendo to show what it has been preparing.
Nintendo Direct may confirm Ocarina of Time remake
A Nintendo Direct in June already makes sense to promote confirmed games arriving in the coming weeks. The Adventures of Elliot, for example, has been promoted a lot on Switch 2 and arrives on June 18th.
The following week we will have the arrival of Star Fox, which should prove to be a major launch for the hybrid portable. In July Splatoon Raiders arrives and in September the console finally receives ports of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight and 007 First Light. Additionally, Bandai Namco confirmed that Elden Ring Tarnished Edition will launch on Switch 2 on August 28th.

But it is clear that the biggest expectations are in the rumors surrounding a possible remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. NateTheHate himself claims that the game not only exists, but also arrives this year. If true, confirmation is to be expected in tomorrow’s Direct.
